Refunds/Cancellations:
After your order is processed, delivery via ROYAL MAIL/UPS/DHL typically takes 2-4 business days*. Signature confirmation is mandatory for all shipments. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please verify the accuracy of the shipping address to avoid any lost or stolen packages. Responsibility for such incidents cannot be assumed by us.
Order Cancellation:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund ( However, we do not offer returns or refunds for custom order as it is made to order).
- Cancellation requests made after the 24-hour window will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process:
